I think the most realistic potential for a full recovery would be to have an annointed christian pray for healing, they do it for free everywhere.
Seen allot of people healed, a christian healer in Norway recently told me on the phone that two people got totally healed for tinnitus on a recent meeting.
Dont give up, atleast this thing is free, minus the travel cost and time spent
