I made a near infrared lamp to help inhibit my sympathetic nervous system (unchecked cortisol/adrenaline), and I feel a lot more relaxed. Among loads of other benefits, it's supposed to induce collagen production.

I uploaded a picture to the Image Gallery of this forum. All you need to do is go to Home Depot and get a Philips' red heat bulb (must say 'infrared technology' on the box), a plain red heat light won't work. Plug it into a utility clip light; altogether should cost $20.
