Sure hope you are doing better by now. I just want to say that I have heard only good things concerning Bentonite clay but my experience has been very different. The last round I had I started taking only 1/4 tsp for 3 days and had an experience similar to yours. I have been unable to eat because when I do is when I get a sick feeling similar to what you described. This is the 2nd go round with this, the first being about 2 months ago and having the same experience both times. I will "never" take Bentonite clay again and yes I had a very highly recommended brand. What works for one person will not always work for everyone. This is the 4th day and I am just beginning to feel better although I have not completely recovered, but looking back to the first time this happened 2 months ago I have confidence that I will recover completely in a few days.
