You likely need to follow a stricter diet than simply no Sugar and low carbohydrates. Find out more about the candida diet if you haven't already. It's strict, but it will help you control the yeast.

(oh, and consider that your recurring yeast problem may be caused by something else, like heavy metals e.g. mercury from silver fillings or something like that).
