All I got was little peas and old bile... then all of a sudden BINGO! Just like the pictures you see posted here, very impressive.

I also had more trouble than less until I flushed clean, then suddenly, INSTANT MIRACLE! Truly amazing result.

I like to do an enema the day after a flush, and/or a salt water flush. The salt water flush is very familiar to people who fast, which I have done extensively for colon cleansing purposes. Following is my New Improved method--only took me 4 years to figure out I didn't have to swallow a whole quart of warm salt water!! lol

First thing in the am (on an empty stomach):

Mix 2 tsp. uniodized Sea Salt (available at health food stores) in 1 cup drinkably hot water.

Have 3 cups plain water standing by.

Chug as much salt mixture as you can, chase with fresh. Chug and chase til ALL water is consumed. About an hour later the whole thing will exit, carrying everything in its path! A very effective top to bottom flush of your digestive system. A good thing to do after a liver flush.
