Hi Feo -

I am so excited; a friend of mine has loaned me a Heart Math emwave stress reliever so that I can use the biofeedback to train myself out of stress. I have also ordered the book for Coherent Breathing and have already implemented the patterns that you described. Thanks for sharing this information! You have proven to be quite a resource in my journey with this adrenal situation and I know that you are helping others too. The gal who loaned it to me also does healing and has a new client that is having AF issues; he needs help with hypoglycemia/diet questions. I will have my first opportunity to pay it forward and help someone out....I am really looking forward to it.
