The CDSA is back and C dif. , giardia, entamoeba histolytica, and Cryptosporidium are all negative.

The real problem lies here.
Lactobacillus species = very good (i've been taking lactobacillus around 80billion a day for awhile)
Escherichia Coli = None given (very very low)
Bifidobacterium = None given (very very low)

Potential Pathogens
--> Citrobacter Freundii = very high
--> Enterobacter cloacae = very high.
And 3 other non pathogenic additional bacteria are very high.

So given the low beneficial flora and high bad flora the doc is trying option 1
--> Megadose the low flora to bring it up and control bad flora
--> option 2 is use the Tetracycline or timethroprim (both effective in my case) while supporting good flora

So option 1 now consists of

Bifo Viden ID --> 2-4 caps a day
Lactoflam x (special lactobacillus effective for diarrhea) --> 2 caps a day
VSL #3 capsules --> 1 per each loose bowel movement.
