Good to know I am not alone.. so what happened after I posted that I threw it all up was later that morning I noticed something passing and so completed the morning doses of Epsom Salts through the day I passed yellow small stones and yellow sand.. I know it wasnt food related I have had nothing yellow to eat in months. I read here where yellow means from the gall bladder stuff. so yay. I had found the coke cleanse and was going to do it last night since I was already prepped but since I passed so much of that yellow crap figured I can wait 2 weeks til the next one. However if the pancraetic pain returns I will do a coke flush before the next huldas
