 Thank you for the speedy reply. I'd like to think it is that simple but...I use Planetary Herbals Grape Bitter (containd no berberine).

The berberine is an alkaloid found in the Oregon grape root in the Grape bitters.  That is what make  our tongue bright yellow when you use the bitters.

I use a fiber supplement (Paleofiber) and aim for 30g fiber a day. not more, not less.

I am not familiar with that product.
