I dont know what this is, but you may try this solution to soothe the itch;
1 quart of warm water
1 heaped tablespoon of Borax
2 droppers full of Lugols Iodine 5%
10-20 drops of essential oils; a mixture of Rosmary and Lavender is good for itching.

Leave this on the skin for an hour before rinsing, you may let it sit over night.
You may try to finish with a little ACV after rinsing with water and a drop of lavender oil on top, maybe a little coconut oil too.
