Canada does have natural compounding pharmacies.

But good luck:

1. Finding a doctor that both understands adrenal fatigue
2. finding a doctor who understands that progesterone is required for men as well.
3. finding a doctor who knows anything about natural compounding.

Even Dr Rind told me that progesterone was basically a female hormone! Yet it practically saved my life 4 years ago. I would have been committed to an institution had I not started progesterone. I could barely talk to anyone since my anxiety was so bad. 2 weeks after starting progesterone...it completely stopped.

Dr Lam, on the other hand, did understand the importance of progesterone for men.

So luckily, I live close enough to the border I could pick some up myself ;)
