When I was at my worst, right about the time you specify, back in Feb., ejaculation caused a somewhat intense reaction in my body, and I don't know how to describe it, but my body did not appreciate it. Put it that way. Ejaculation is one thing that is not good for A.F.
I don't know what caused the inflammation in your prostate, but it is probably related to all your other symptoms. How are those symptoms now and what is the state of your A.F? Are you working with a health care provider?
