I would take the 2 doses of ES and if my upper intestine was cramped and rigid I would not take the OG potion. The next AM would not eat but take fluids then do the 2 ES doses and the OG potion. I also used the herbal laxative Cascara sagrada and prune juice to help clear the congestion in the intestine.
