Don't take too much retinol though, as too much can interfere with vitamin D utilization. I guess 10,000 IU of retionol is the max you should take each day. You could also take some carotene though, as apparantly carotene doesn't interfere with vitamin D. Vitamin D helps boost natural killer cell activity, which helps prevent candida overgrowth. Vitamin D also boosts glutathione levels. Glutathione is needed for heavy metal detoxification. Up to 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 can safely be taken by an aduly who gets little sunlight. Many may choose to have their vitamin D level tested and if it is low take more than 10,000 IU until it gets to normal.
