Through my SCIO biofeedback session it looked as if my major problem going on with my body was low thyroid and congested liver. Adrenals were just dealing with the stress 24/7. A congested liver in my case was due to a serious food poisoning I endured over a year ago and then decided to take an Antibiotic my body heavily resisted, with also taking anabolic steroids which destroy the liver's glutathione amounts. How the liver mimics adrenal fatigue, is much to be looked at especially when you have a case of low clearance. Supplements will make you worse with a congested liver. Think of your liver as a fish tank with a spout at the bottom, if your spout is clogged up (bile, other obstructions) you will just retoxify your body from spillage.

Symptoms, very similar to Adrenal Fatigue:

-Fatigue
-Blurry Vision
-Sugar imbalances
-joint and arthiritic pain
-Sleep onset insomnia, waking up between 1-3 am and not falling back asleep (liver works hardest)

I have been mistakenly mislead by the medical community that my liver is fine based on blood tests. They are flat out wrong, I'm going for an ultrasound to see what is really happening.
