I'm not Dr. Lam, but the whole squeezing neck thing & nervous system issues sounds like thyroid is contributing to your situation. You should check out: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com
as it has TONS of helpful info re: thyroid AND adrenal issues. They suggest the RIGHT tests that should be done & also have many helpful links.
