Hello. With the one symptom of feeling nauseous in the mornings, may suggest your blood Sugar has gotten to low, as this is very common amongst those with adrenal fatigue.
Low cortisol levels, goes with low blood Sugar levels.
( I don't know if this is the cause or not,but a good place to start and see if it helps some)
First, I'd find a naturopathic doctor and check to see if he is very well knowledged in adrenal health.
In the meantime, start on a hypoglycemic diet. For nausea, check with your doctor about getting a prescriptionfor some anti-nausea med. I have this if my blood Sugar get so low, I get very nauseus and I have to eat than and keep the food down.
Try and eat some foods that you can tolerate too, that won't make you sick just smelling or looking at them.
Cottage cheese, plain greek yogurt, strawberries, chicken salad, piece of 8 or 12 grain toast, milk, cooked green beans or tomato's. Be sure and eat a substantial amount of protein and stay clear of sugared foods as much as possible and white processed foods like white bread, white rice, potatoes, bagels...
And eat a snack before bedtime and see if this may help stop the morning nausea. Have a piece of toast with almond butter or Laura's Old Fashion Peanut butter and a few tablespoons of plain greek yogurt.
