Annoyingly the condition of the skin on my forehead is worse since I started liver flushing!

I'd never get spots there but now I have small ones all the time (I know that people connect the liver to the forehead). Im taking liver supporting herbs and plenty of juices to try to resolve the issue.

Have to do another flush in a couple of weeks methinks.
