That pretty much sounds like all my symptoms that I had which started in February. There were similar symptoms here and there for about a year but they were minor. They all came to a head in February without letting up until I learned/still learning different ways to heal myself. All my bloodwork kept coming back "normal". Those symptoms are what I described to Dr. Lam and he said I was definitely in stage c adrenal exhaustion and didn't need a test just to know that. If I could've afforded the saliva test I would have so done that to know for sure what I needed and when. It isn't winging it on your own.

Sorry you are going through this. You will get better. Being here was a major step forward for me. Just knowing I wasn't alone.
