 Hi,

The 24-hr urine test is only a valid test for Addisons or Cushings Syndrome.   I had it done about 4-yrs ago and it showed I was "normal" as well. 

Get a 4 point saliva test done.  Such as from ZRT Labs.  The Canary club is the cheapest.  It is the most accurate and picks up the swings that can occur throughout the day.

If you haven't already...get a copy of Dr Wilsons book "Adrenal Fatigue" It is the best place to start to learn.  He explains in great detail why conventional labs will not pick it up.

You have the symptom profile for adrenal fatigue, and actually a pretty severe case.  If you read though this forum, you will see many others with those symptoms.

You'll need to learn about what supplements will support your adrenal glands.  Getting into meditation and other relaxation techniques is essential to calming your nervous system down.

It is a long road back to health.  There is no quick fix and there is much to learn.  Very sorry you have to join our little club here.
