thats what happend to me on the 2nd day and it scared me. the 3rd day it was better, 4th day the painful anus was gone and so was the bleeding. I think the diet works best with the cayenne, but im not a dr. and you know your body best. but if you can handle the pain, hang in there it does go away and the benefits are great im on day 10 my skin is clearer, i have more energy and ive lost 10 pounds.
