I'm sorry to hear that this course failed you. I definitely feel you, so hang in there. After my 10 day Secnidazole/doxycycline course, I've not felt better either, even though I haven't yet had a positive test for D. Fragilis, so I'm at a loss right now. Give yourself a few weeks and retest. See what you find.
