You are right, some temporary hormone support may be needed. But you can't ignore balancing your nervous system.

Even men with adrenal fatigue can be low in progesterone. I had anxiety so bad in 2007 I could not breath at times. A saliva test showed my progesterone was low.

I started using progesterone cream and the anxiety completely stopped.

However, I kept doing a lot of the things that build sympathetic dominance, so I kept getting worse....even to the point that the progesterone cream didn't work anymore.
