Last night was the first time this hit me in at least a few months and it was a bad one. Couldn't get comfortable. Even standing and sitting hurt.

I epson salted them and then went to the gym at 2am to work the feeling off because I didn't know what else to do! I used to make a connection with possible nutrient deficiencies but last night was so bad and random.. so what do you do for times like that?
