By the same reasoning, then any single child whose life is saved by not taking a vaccine is also worth all the money in the world.

The exact amount that Offit, who is an advisor to Merck and who voted for his own vaccine while on the Vaccine Safety Committee, has pocketed is hard to pin down and he has not been forthcoming with information about the total amount and ongoing royalties.  It is, however, indisputable that he has made several million dollars, just as his industry ties are indisputable.  Anyone who thoroughly researches their sources, as you advise others to do, would surely know this.
