That won't really work. Trying to fix your hormones first is like putting the cart before the horse.

If your nervous system is stuck in sympathetic dominant mode....you will never ever be able to balance your hormones.

Your hormones are messed up BECAUSE your nervous system is out of balance. Your nervous system dictates which hormones get made and which ones get burned out first.

If you are stuck in sympathetic dominant mode, most of what your adrenal glands make will be converted to cortisol due to "pregnenolone steal". Everything else will be low...progesterone, aldosterone, testosterone, estrogens.

Sympathetic dominance has to be corrected, or all the supplements in the world will not work.

It took a loooong time for me (and others here) to figure this out.
