Hey , how's it going? This bile you mention, a friend told me that since I am fasting the bile that my gallbladder releases has nowhere to go. She said that would explain the pain that I feel in my right side whenever I fast. Oddly enough, I noticed that when I started the OJ part, the pain went away instantly. I wonder if I have stones and that is why I feel the pain. I just said pain alot. Just to state it, I don't want to do colonics or enemas so I am wondering about the bile. If you can help thanks!
