Wow! What a great feeling to be almost half done!

I've posted it before, but here are the results I've experienced so far:

- greatly reduced asthma (only need the puffer occasionally when I run now...was a daily need)
- 400% improvement on running endurance (was completely out of shape before I started)
- normal blood pressure (was borderline high before)
- clear, soft skin (had Acne and extremely dry)
- eczema reduced (used to drive me nuts!)
- calmer more alive disposition (was exhausted, and extremely stressed at work...little ruffles me now)
- bright eyes (people commented before that I had the glassed over look)
- silkier hair (was dry and lifeless in look before)
- can sleep better (had mild insomnia before)
- muscle tension almost completely gone (my shoulders used to get so tight that they would press on a nerve and the pain would go down my arm to my wrists)
- lost 14 pounds

At the end of the 30 days I will have another ultrasound to see if my 15cm cyst has reduced in size. I'll keep you guys posted!
