literally. it is literally sucking the life out of me :( i'm 19 and i first starting noticing symptoms of candida a couple of years ago when my boyfriend at the time had went down on me.. and now he's gone and i can't get rid of these little monsters living inside my body.
i had done The Master Cleanse (replaced maple syrup with stevia) for about a week, and my symptoms had improved drastically (i was on the diet for a while too). but then a couple of days ago after breaking the fast, i pigged out so bad :( and now the symptoms are back (surprise). ugh. i'm thinking of doing another fast, this time for 14 days if my body can handle it. i just want to finally get rid of this thing living inside my body, it is ruining my life.
