Here's Dr. Kelley's Liver Flush protocol: //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/kelley.asp
He puts the coffee enema between the first & second dose of Epsom Salts ...which is what I do. But I do NOT put 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts in with the coffee solution (because I become WAY too dehydrated if I do). My hubby can & does use 1/2 cup of ES in the coffee enema while liver flushing, and it doesn't affect him adversely at all.
One coffee enema per Liver Flush is standard, but you can throw in a second on the last day anytime.
There's no reason or need to do a 'cleansing enema' after a coffee enema.
I do not take supplements to balance electrolytes, but I do drink lots of freshly juiced organic juices (with a little extra Himalayan salt; 80+ minerals and natural salt) the day of the flush...and PLENTY of pure water. That should take care of any type of electrolyte imbalance unless the case is major extreme.
Here's how to prepare a coffee enema: http://www.sawilsons.com/faqs.htm#how
(and also THE best coffee to use!)
Here's why you should do coffee enemas for liver health/cleansing and general body health & well being:
