Hi Claire,

I'm guessing at Byron's stage from a few posts. I'm not exactly an expert, so that's uncomfortable but I think people want to hear best advice, without me asking a tonne of questions. In hindsight, perhaps not the smartest way to post.

My stage WAS Stage 1, but then my temp naturopath messed around with the dosage of the St John's Wort and I've had an up and down month. Awesome naturo is back and I think we got it again. I'm easing back into Stage 1. At least Stage 1 while on supplements - I'm not sure if that's technically stage 1, but hey, it works for me :)

The cool part is now any of the bumps along the road I know what's going on, as I've walked the road before. A lot less scary when it's like that.
