Hi Paulette,

I believe I am ED. I have low everything, including estrogen but it has reared its ugly head as ED. I am not on progesterone cream, I had been in the past and then I got on to a higher quality cream and just went berserk on it. I am very sensitive to all things hormonal. When I first went on BC when I was 18, I had to get back off of it because it made me nuts. Tried it again a few years later and same thing.

I am just riding this out and hope that my hormones shift around and start to be produced again in a balanced fashion. I did buy some maca powder and want to implement that as a balancer if my doctor is cool with it. For now I am taking a estrogen balancer by metagenics. Not sure if it does much...when I have my monthly, I am hell on wheels and it is no fun! It really does go to an extreme and takes the rest of me down too. I was in bed for a lot of Friday, all Saturday and some Sunday until I put the 5htp under my tongue. Very much looking forward to balance in this regard!
