I have done about eight of them and it wasn't until the eighth that I heard the gallbladder open up. My doctor had suggested them and I had dreaded them but they do help and Most of the time I feel better after them. They don't deplete nutrients because of how their done. I have been drinking more water though and I have been using my normal supplements. Kidney complex, coral calcium and gallbladder detox. I do recommend the coffee enemas.
