I have tried Schulze's Intestinal Cleanse #2 and was very impressed by it. I think it brought about a much deeper cleanse than I had experienced by using psyllium alone. I was also thinking of trying his superfood, but it is pretty expensive when compared with other green drinks. I may still try one jar anyway and see how I feel.

I often make miso soup at home and throw a good amount of wakame (seaweed) in with it, and I still drink green drinks. So it's not like you can't have both.
