Hi Steve. It's really not good to take the two together, unless you are under a doctors care.
I have been.
Since having my serotonin levels checked twice in the last year, the Zoloft which I had been on for 10 years was not working at all, as confirmed, plus with the anxiety and depression.
Many with AF and Thyroid disorders tend to have low serotonin. BUt, before starting out on anything, good idea to have this checked.

I am now down to only 15mg. of Zoloft, extremely low dose and have been on 25mg. of 5-HTP. I will be increasing this to 50mg.and than cutting down to 10mg. of Zoloft.
