Hi. So so sorry.

Question came to mind about the weight issue?

Can you answer a few questions?

How old are you?
Are you or have been on birth control pills?
Have you had your thyroid checked? TSH, Free T3, Free T3
antibodies, and reverse T3?

I am in the same boat about the weight. But, I am a 56 year old female, having gone through adrenal fatigue in the first 1-2 phases and now in a severe stage, I have gained 30 pounds over the past 5 years and like you I have eaten very healthy, low carb, plently of veggies and lean protein.
Apparently, all the times I've had high cortisol, this inhibits the thyroid T4 from converting into T3, and you can't loose weight. I did not know this till last year.

Also, birth control pills ( which is pure estrogen) causes an estrogen dominance and makes one gain weight. I took this during my late 20's and gained 15 pounds the first year. Please answer the question in a reply to me.
