Well I've done it my first flush !!
The actual flush was a lot easier than I though it would be, I found the hardest thing being having to drink the malic acid everyday for a week.
I decided to have a colonic before and after the flush, so I had the colonic on the Saturday afternoon and flushed that evening.
I stopped eating at 1.30pm I had porridge for breakfast and rice for lunch, after my colonic I was starving and feeling quiet weak which got worse through out the evening.
I has a glass of Epsom's at 6pm, another one at 8pm. Then at 10pm I drank the oil and grapefruit mixture which wasn't actually as bad as I though it would be :)
I laid in bed straight away on my back propped up with two pillows, I found it hard to go to sleep but I managed it, woke up a few times feeling nauseous, then the third time I woke at 2am I got up and some of the mixture came up :( I worried that this would make the flush unsuccessful .
I got up at 6am and had 3rd glass of Epsom Salts , and then another glass at 8am.
Soon after I passed my first stones, not that many , and mostly green and a few tan but no black ones and I couldn't see if any had sunk as I had passed bright yellow watery liquid.
I passed stones up to that afternoon, I think in total I passed about a hundred stones, which isn't really that many !!
I suppose it could mean two things , one that it wasn't that successful , or two that I don't have too many stones to flush as I am only 24 yrs old .
I hope its the second reason :)
The next day I felt very tired and hungry ! But I didn't sleep very well because of the nausea.
Today I feel lighter more positive and looking forward to my next flush in a month. I have a colonic booked for tomorrow so I may release some more stones :)
