No it really doesn't. I have suffered from Depression for years. I have takin different meds, including Zoloft, before and never had it mess me up so bad. Then in February the fit hit the shan and I was put on Zoloft because they didn't know what else to do.Then I got worse. Like out of control, scary worse! Many trips to er. After many docs and much research I found Dr. Lam. He said I have/had stage c adrenal exhaustion. Once I got the Zoloft out of my system I was able to begin healing. It has been a long road but it's actually healing and not putting a band aid on it so to speak. I am taking St. John's Wort for Depression and having good luck with it. I don't take that lightly because I have had serious depression/anxiety/ANGER issues.
I read alot on the Truth in Medicine forum too. Good stuff!
I look forward to the day I can kick back and drink a few beers and hang out with my redneck friends. It's been way too long. But my health will always be a priority now.
