Amazing! I just came back from the health food store with this exact product, only to read your post! That brand seems really good, though it doesn't have the 2 strains that are used in the study Wombat linked to (L. jensenii, and L. crispatus). Instead it has L. rhamnosus and 1 other type I can't remember off the top of my head. These two are also known to be good for the urogenital flora as well, so I am excited about giving them a try. (L. jensenii, and L. crispatus don't seem to be available as far as I can tell.)
