Hi,

Almost 2 weeks have passed after I stopped my 12-day-dry-fast.

I have had no problem with my re-feeding. I have already passed all the stages of my re-feeding, such as of drinking only water, then water with lemon/grapefruit juice, kombutcha, rejuvelac, then veg mono juice with water, veg juice concentrated, and finally all vegetables and fruits. I also started consuming the plant fats, such as avocado, soaked seeds and nuts.

I look again as my usual self because my BMI returned into its regular low normal range.

My fatigue has disappeared; I jump my rope again and do not feel that some parts of my body refuse to cooperate.

I have no symptoms of sinusitis and have been treating my eye pterygium with Eyebright Formula Tincture several times a day; I believe that my eye is improving - the pterygium is becoming both lighter and smaller. I will continue using the eye formula until I return from the canoe trip at the end of July.

I have, as usually, had no idea that during my last dry fast I became a different individual: closed, selfish, unkind and unfriendly. Now I feel that the "sun is shining" again, I may fully embrace my life, my days are filled with energy and enthusiasm.

I have finished the preparation for the canoe trip; I have just filled a car with our camping equipment, such as 3 barrels of food (dry fruits, seeds, nuts, legumes, green-dehydrator-cookies made from vegetable pulp with seeds/nuts), 3 barrels of clothes, 8 15-liter water bottles, itd.

Tomorrow we will just throw the canoe on the roof and we will hit the road - our vacation is going to start.
