Zaping these things can cause much discomfort as you could start releasing toxins from die off at a higher rate than your system can handle and you can suffer from a Herxheimer reaction and get real nauseaus and sick. We had a poster a while that tried doing a parasite cleanse while MCing and passed out from a herxheimer reaction.

Chill, relax. As I said you're are not gonna get the crap out in one cleanse. All these cleanses work great on their own as they are meant to be done. At 7 days you haven't done much cleansing and creating this "inhospitable environment since . At seven day you first had to empty the system and then the system begins adjusting to fasting and past this you are just really "starting to cleanse". It take's around 2 weeks before most of the causative agents are flushed out and the cleansing at the cellular level is just beginning
