This is my first time posting. Hi everyone!

I did my 3rd flush last weekend. It was most disappointing, and would appreciate any feedback.

I did a coffee enema the first day of fasting after 2pm. After that I followed Hulda Clark 's protocol to the 'tee'. The morning after, I was dehydrated beyond belief - and have remained severely dehydrated even up until today. My mouth and throat are unbelievably dry and no amount of H20 seems to alleviate the symptoms.

I expelled only tan chaff - lots, in fact - however, negligible stones (only tiny ones).

I attempted to do a salt water flush 2 days after the Liver Flush ( Tuesday ) only to have it absorb into my system and create a most uncomfortable bloated feeling for many hours afterward.

I attempt these flushes to re-balance a digestive system that won't digest much of any food without accompanying gas...gas that creates migraine headaches...

Can anyone offer any insight into this?
