I snack on almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes all day at work. It gets old but what choice do I have.

If I need to grab lunch from outside I am lucky that there's a deli on the corner that has a buffet with grilled chicken and vegetables. I always cheat and grab a couple of slices of fried eggplant though ><
