I think you're 100% right feo. The Stress causes AF, but then the AF causes stress and all sorts of other goodies, and that all causes the symptoms we fight.

Laughing thanks for the detailed info. I guess a general health routine will help them, and if it doesn't then I need to work on the copper.

Can Melasma be on the arms? Or is it only on the face?
