It has a strong foothold in my sinuses as well, post-nasal drip, etc., so I guess it shouldn't be surprising to me that it's able to maintain its grip on my tongue like it has. I have been using a nasal spray lately made from probiotic capsules and distilled water which is working very well, and I am going to keep burning it off my tongue with oregano oil for the time being. I was using Orithrush-D for a while but wasn't too impressed. Rinsing with a Candex capsule definitely does work though; I should probably start doing that again.

I am kind of taking it easy with the internal anti-candida routine for now because I am scheduled to get my fillings out in a couple of weeks. After that, it's going to be all-out war between me and the fungus.
