Hi newhampshire and anyone else who reads this
I am so happy that I found this site and that I have people who are suffering from similar experiences to commisserate with! I've been sick for a year with various intestinal problems and was recently diagnosed with Bh. It is such atricky little bugger; I've struggled so much with it from cramps to swallowing problems to major changes in appetite to locks Ed etc. I've tried many things, and I've found that avoiding yeast products and Sugar including fruit and eating lots of steamed veggies and salt has helped. I'm also trying homeopathics but I'm not sure about the results of it yet so I won't recommend it. Anyway, I just joined this forum, and I wanted to throw my voice and e perience into the mix so there we go.
