If you use only distilled water you wont make Silver Chloride thus no Agryia. If you use 99.999% Pure Fine wires you wont be making other than silver ions dipersed in water thus colloidal. If you use 3-nine volt transistor batteries in series you will be making Colloidal Silver at CLOSE TO THE 30VDC RECOMMENDED. I have been using/making Colloidal Silver for 20 years. my eyesight is slowly recovering. I have 100's of documented researchers in which my kit was effective on cancers etc. For those that can't fathom this info it's not for you right now!
