Any of you guys have this problem with Adrenal Fatigue. It's almost as if Cortisol and Aldosterone can be made but they decide not to stick around long enough for my body to utilize. Almost like a roller coaster ride all day, up and down. Like sometimes I can tell after a meal with Sugar I can feel good for a bit then rapidly my blood Sugar falls and I tire out. Or if a loud noise is for too long I can't take it and get low blood Sugar headaches. How can this be accurately tested, I don't feel saliva or blood can do justice for this it's almost like you need to be put under stress to see how the adrenals respond.

That's why I'm a proponent of the ACTH test or Insulin Tolerance. It puts the body under stress and sees how the HPTA axis can respond. In my case, I truly believe this is the way to go.
