No, it was IF#2. I was mentioning it to someone and they told me IF#2 had peppers in it. Guess they were wrong. At this point I am sure I am dealing with a fatty liver. Sad thing is, I don't drink alcohol at all. I don't smoke or take drugs or anything. Usually I eat a healthy, low fat diet but every blue moon or so, I will indulge, but quickly go back to healthy eating. All my health problems started after my gallbladder was removed back in 1996. I was healthy before that. Maybe a year or so after the removal all my healthy problems started. That was 15 years ago and I am just now making the connection. Go figure. So now I need to reverse this fatty liver. I have been taking liver cleanse herbs for quite a while now, but clearly they are not working. I'm seeing my acupuncturist today and am going to mention it to her, to see what she recommends.
