Funny, I just came back from the health food store with Oil of Oregano capsules, and then read your message about using Oregano Oil! I will definitely start taking a lot of it and maybe try breaking some capsules open and painting it on too, above the kidney area on both sides.

Yes, I have tried all of the herbs you mention, but I have not tried them recently and I have not consumed large amounts of raw garlic. Oddly enough, I was also to buy some fresh organic garlic at the health food store just now, in addition to the Oil of Oregano, so I'll eat a bunch of that too! I also got a kidney blend of herbs that contains juniper, uva ursi, etc. so I'll add that into the mix.
